NecroHawk

Necromancer Games products set in the World of Greyhawk

I have a certain fondness for many Necromancer Games adventures, and have begun to detail their locations in the Flanaess of the World of Greyhawk, more specifically in my 175 CY Greyhawk campaign.

All hex locations are given for both the original Darlene Greyhawk maps (1980 Greyhawk folio/1983 box set and 1992 From the Ashes) and for the Living Greyhawk Gazetteer map (2000).

Grodog's Notes

(To the) City of Brass elemental plane of fire originally written for Greyhawk by Rob Kuntz
City of Brass elemental plane of fire originally written for Greyhawk by Rob Kuntz
Crucible of Freya Fairhill is now the fishing village named  Rivermere, on the south shores of Whyestil Lake (hex N4-77/17-R) I'm basically combining Fairhill with parts of Hommlet.
Demons and Devils:  "The Pit of Despair"
Demons and Devils:  "Ra's Evil Grin"
Demons and Devils:  "The Sorceror's Citadel" This strange tower stands abandoned on the periphery of the Sea of Dust
Maze of Zayene 1:  "Prisoners of the Maze"  Rauxes, capital city of the Great Kingdom of Aerdy (hex X-68 / 32-B1) originally written for Greyhawk by Rob Kuntz
Maze of Zayene 2:  "Dimensions of Flight"  elemental demiplanes originally written for Greyhawk by Rob Kuntz
Maze of Zayene 3:  "Tower Chaos" Rauxes, capital city of the Great Kingdom of Aerdy (hex X-68 / 32-B1) originally written for Greyhawk by Rob Kuntz
Maze of Zayene 4:  "The Eight Kings" Xaene's personal demiplane originally written for Greyhawk by Rob Kuntz
Rappan Athuk 1-3 Fading Land / demiplane I'm not sure that RA fits in my vision for Greyhawk very well; I'm pondering this, still.  I think it would do well in a From the Ashes campaign set in the Great Kingdom, but probably not in my vision for Greyhawk.

At the suggestion of

Seige of Durgham's Folly n/a I don't like this one, so it's not in my Greyhawk
Tomb of Abysthor
What Evil Lurks Originally written for Greyhawk by Lance Hawvermale, who advises that "What Evil Lurks was based in the Greyhawk area...For those wanting to place WEL in Greyhawk, it's not only fun, it's easy!":
  • the Mistmarsh replaces Miasmoor
  • the Gnarley is the Gaunt Wood
  • Greyhawk is Hawkmoon
  • change out Incabulos for Orcus
