The Mythic Geography of Greyhawk 

I include legendary and magical sites specific to Greyhawk in this list, both those on Oerth and unique planes connected to Oerth.  

In general, I do not list locations in the Flanaess from common Greyhawk publications, such as the rumored lost city of the Suel within the Suss forest, the Rift Canyon, etc., unless the location and/or source is semi-obscure (Ivid the Undying is my benchmark for most common "obscure" source).  I also do not include places known only from artifact descriptions unless they are developed as more than mere references, nor do I include standard D&D planar locations.
