The Titles to Allan's Unwritten Poems
I often think of cool titles (or ones that I think are
cool at the time), and write them down. Sometimes they spawn-off immediately into
poems, other times they lurk around for years, just waiting for the right words to define
them (Libation Bearers is my favorite of these: I came up with it
while attending Penn State).
I hope to slowly migrate poems from this page into the Newer Poems page, especially the poems I plan to add into the Voices
section: For Sarah McLachlan, The Inner Sound of Water, Listen to the Sea,
Many of the titles below have some vague amount of work
put into them, but they remain insufficient even to qualify as "door poems"
formed from Magnetic Poetry. Hopefully this will cause a sort of reverse-inferiority
complex among them, and they'll mob together to demand that they be given their due, and
soon!
