Edit Character

You chose which Character you want to Edit by using your mouse or the up down arrow keys (The Character selected will be the one with the Arrow next to the name, Junk in this case).

Then you push:
OK - Loads this character into the main screen and lets you make changes.
Cancel - Do nothing and return to the main screen.
Delete - Delete the Character.  Be careful the charcter will be gone for good.
