Steal
Weapon (Missile) - Both the steal weapon and the steal missile button
will add whatever weapon, or missile respectively, is selected in the corresponding
grid to the characters inventory without subtracting any money. If
there is an available weapon proficiency in a weapon which the character
previously did not posses than it will automatically give the character
proficiency in the weapon.
Buy
Weapon (Missile) - As above except the cost is subtracted from the
amount of money the character has. Note: There currently is no record
of how much money the character has, so buy and steal do the same thing
for this version of the software.

Proficiency
- The up down arrows allow you to increase the number of proficiency
slots are allotted to the weapon which is selected in the above table.
The up and down arrows will be grayed out if your number of available proficiency
slots would preclude you from increasing or decreasing the slots for a
weapon. You will not be restricted by any rules other than
the total number of proficiency slots which you have. So, a 5th level
Mage would be able to specialize (2 proficiency slots) in dagger even if
under the House Rules dialog box you are playing with the Core Rules setting.
Note: if the number of proficiencies is zero and the amount is zero, the
item will be deleted from the grid.

Amount
- The up down arrows allow you to increase or decrease the amount of
the selected weapon or missile in the above grid. No, money will
be subtracted or gained if these arrows are used. Note: if the number
of proficiencies is zero and the amount is zero, the item will be deleted
from the grid.
