Mar 22nd, 2007: Yes, this week's comic is a shameless parody of the wildly popular movie 300. I know
that everyone and their brother now quotes the movie. However it's timing was impeccable with the new Core Beliefs
article on Heironeous in Dragon magazine #354 so I hope I can be forgiven. I highly reccomend this article for it
is the most Greyhawk-laden issue of the series to date. Among references are the Invulnerable Coat of Arnd, Karistyne the Paladin,
the Knights of Holy Shielding and the Shield Lands. The article even tries to justify how Heironeous' worshipers
go from axes to swords. One more thing. About the Shield Lands, can someone with knowledge in heraldry explain to me
why a nation that worships Heironeous(blue) has a primarily red field on their flag? Just curious,
it works with the Spartan parody at any rate. I'm glad I got that out of my system.
