- The wizard Slerotin finds Suloise survivors of the Rain of Colorless Fire living in a primitive state in the Crystalmists. He opens a tunnel through the mountains into the Flanaess leading to what would become the Yeomanry. Seventeen tribes ultimately make it through what wold become known as "Slerotin's tunnel". (Dragon #241 p.44)
