- On 8 Coldeven, Zagig fails to appear for a meeting of the Directing Oligarchy of the Free City of Greyhawk. He is never seen again. The date is subsequently privately celebrated each year by the Lord Mayor of Greyhawk and the city's directors, who pray that Greyhawk will remain "normal". (TAB p.59)
- The mad archmage Zagig disappears from public life, retreating to his dungeons to conduct research and planar adventuring. Castle Greyhawk eventually falls into ruin. (Expedition to the Ruins of Greyhawk p.39)
