Delaric is the name of both a city and a realm. Delaric is a walled city in the Great Kingdom, and after the Fall of Rauxes is in the Great Kingdom of Northern Aerdy. The lands surrounding and subject to the city are properly known as the Principality of Delaric.

- Bardic Colosseum—one of the incredibly rare formal bardic colleges in the Flanaess. "Bards of Delaric are welcome throughout the Aerdy lands; they are renowned for their skill
with poetry and declamation. The bardic college makes much of teaching bards genealogy and history, so that their command of epic historical lays and verse is unparalleled."[1]

Religion
[edit | edit source]Worshippers of, and the church of Zilchus is very active here in all manner of mercantile trade.[1]
Economy
[edit | edit source]Delaric is known for its trade, and for being a very commercial city. It sits at a nexus of [dirawaen]] roads from all compass points. All manner of craft goods and items are made here, from "artisans, engineers, architects, fine furniture makers, and the like."[1]
Even the local wizards' guild is involved in commercial pursuit, and the guild's courses for training spellcasters includes "how to use spells for commercial purposes, helping in city building, agriculture, and the like."[1]
