Jipzinker is a powerful priest of Nerull living in Rauxes, though he works for the Hidden Sickle as part of the Midnight Darkness, who leads a group acolyte-assassins. He poses as a dealer of old relics and curios with a specialty in Suloise artifacts that gives him deep knowledge of Suloise lore.
Description
[edit | edit source]Appearance
[edit | edit source]Jipzinker is six feet tall, with dark hair which is starting to thin. His green eyes disconcertingly protrude just a bit. He has a light tremor in his hands and an occasional stammer. He tends to dress as nondescriptly as possible and keep his head down to avoid drawing attention to himself.
Personality
[edit | edit source]Jipzinker is careful and deliberate in his work, an expert in subtlety and misdirection rather than brute force.
Religion
[edit | edit source]Jipzinker is a priest of Nerull, the god of murder. Part of Jipziner's devotion is to be a part of the Midnight Darkness, a society which murders mostly good-aligned priests of other deities.
Possessions
[edit | edit source]Jipzinker has several powerful magic items including, among other things, a pair of boots of springing and striding which let him cast fly once per day.
Relationships
[edit | edit source]Allies
[edit | edit source]The only other Midnight Darkness member who Jipzinker knows personally is Marshevel, who is a preceptor in Rel Astra. He virulently dislikes and distrusts Marshevel, and is loath to work with him, refusing to do so unless order by the Hidden Sickle himself.
Activities
[edit | edit source]Although Jipzinker is affiliated with the Hidden Sickle and Midnight Darkness—in spring 585 CY, he has been left without any specific orders.
