Sixin is the xill deity of war, intrigue, and deception. His symbol is four red short swords in the shape of an X, pommels together.

Description

[edit | edit source]

Sixin is described as an alien, reptilian deity with two aspects, each worshipped by one of the two branches of the xill. The more civilized clans of xill know him in his aspect as a subtle god of intrigue and deception, calling him the Highest. The more barbaric xill raiders know him in his aspect as a brutal war god, calling him the Rampager or the Wild.[2]

Realm

[edit | edit source]

While xill are native to the Ethereal Plane,[3] Sixin's realm is unknown.

Worshippers

[edit | edit source]

Sixin is worshipped almost exclusively by xill.[4] There may be "occasional worshippers of other races, but not clerics."[5]

Clergy

[edit | edit source]

Sixin favors short swords,[2][6][1] and thus so do his clerics. They are often encountered leading gangs of other xills.

In Living Greyhawk

[edit | edit source]

In the Living Greyhawk campaign (2000-2008), Sixin additionally granted his clerics access to the Trickery and War domains, from the Player's Handbook v3.5.[7]
