Tarrentch is a small village surrounding a large and well appointed fortified manor house just upriver from Ralsand. The Town is known for high cost multipliers, with even staples like food costing significantly more than is surrounding towns. The town manor house belongs to Goldwhite, a skilled and notorious thief.[1]

History

Goldwhite gained control of the town by buying the manor house from a corrupt noble who had gambled away most of his money, though she claims that she she won it in a card game against him.

Geography

The town is near the edge of the Adri Forest, on the very end of the Lyre River which is a tributary of the Harp River.

Economy

Almost everything in town is twice as expensive as in surrounding area, but that is offset by the fact that everybody is town has a great deal more money than those in the surrounding towns, mostly thanks to Goldwhite's bringing in funds from out of town.
