Usage

If there are more than 3 lines within a background note place the items in a Background information header.

Note
[edit source]URLs containing unencoded equal signs ('=') will break this template. To fix this, you may want to encode all equal signs using {{==}}. An alternative would be to use the HTML entity = in place of the equal sign.
