The use of this file is permitted only on Greyhawk Online.

This media file, which you just uploaded, has been listed for speedy deletion because you indicated Greyhawk Online or the Great Library of Greyhawk has specific permission to use this file. While it might seem reasonable to assume that such files can be freely used on Greyhawk Online, since explicit permission to use it was given, this is in fact not the case. Greyhawk Online must have written permission from the creator.

Only the text on the Great Library of Greyhawk is available under Creative Commons, not the images, and even then, the text is restricted to non-commercial use. (CC-BY-NC-SA 4.0) Images must have specific rationale for use; WotC's Fan Content Policy, Fair Use, or permission from the creator.

If you created this media file and want it to be kept on Greyhawk Online, please send an email to Admin@GreyhyawkOnline.com—after which this message can be deleted.

If you did not create this media file but want it to be used on Greyhawk Online, there are two ways to proceed. First, you may email Admin@GreyhawkOnline.com and provide written evidence of the permission from the file creator. Second, you may want to contact the copyright holder and request that they make the media available to Greyhawk Online, while retaining their copyright.

This template is substed onto an image page when the image uploader chooses a permission choice that implies "by permission on Wikipedia only".
