Tomarkis Anchervar is a former Dean of Grey College. A busy but kindly old man, appointments to gain access to the libraries must go through him. Tomarkis is more administrator than scholar.[1]
He was succeeded as Dean by Mezakine the Exemplary by 591 CY.[2]
