The Wood map (also known as the Player's Guide map) is the common name for the map of the Flanaess by Sam Wood[1], published in the Greyhawk Player's Guide (1998), p.32-33.
Description
[edit | edit source]The Wood map follows the depictions of the Flanaess on other famous maps in World of Greyhawk Fantasy World Setting (1980) and World of Greyhawk boxed set by Darlene.
It is on cardstock as an insert, and the map is a two-page spread.[2]
The Flanaess is depicted in 591 CY.[2] It shows various regions of the Flanaess which are contested or at war. "Red lines indicate hostile borders."[2]
