Rhookshead is a village in the Duchy of Urnst. [1]
Description
[edit source]Rhookshead is a hamlet just south of Nellix on the way to Silver Falls. A scattering of humble farms stretches across the surrounding land, their fields catching the last warm light of day. Beyond them, rising like a living wall on the horizon, stand the towering, ancient trees of the Celadon Forest. Rhookshead itself is simple but lively clusters of wooden buildings gathered along worn paths, smoke curling lazily from chimneys.[1]
Geography
[edit source]Rhookshead sits near the Celadon Forest in Palten County.[2]
History
[edit source]Strange crop circles appeared in the surrounding farms in 593 CY. The town historian, Liania Barstow, believes this last occurred in 351 CY from stories handed down for generations about strange beings from the forest making offerings to savage gods.[3]
Economy
[edit source]Uses the duchy's standard coinage consisting of the platinum sterling duke (pp), gold duke (gp), electrum bright (ep), silver shield (sp), and copper common (cp).[4]
The hamlet’s primary resources are agricultural, centered on the cultivation of wheat and barley, as well as the raising of livestock.[3]
