Description
[edit source]Runburn is a small village resting in the far western reaches of the The Vale, tucked against the rising stone shoulders of the Cairn Hills. The land here begins to tilt upward toward wind-carved ridges and ancient cairns scattered across the hillsides. The air feels cleaner, thinner and carries the scent of grass, hearthsmoke, and distant stone.[1]

[edit source]The lands have been granted control to Lord Gerzav Durnix against the desires of the halfling and the Vale. The citizen's view Lord Gerzav Durnix and the Ducal Guard as occupying force.
Penda Jalwood is a priestess of Yondalla and captain of the rebellion in the area.
