Saviors of Safeton

[edit source]

The first trilogy and the introductory adventure is collected in the DnD Beyond release "*Savior of Safeton*".[7]

Title Pub. Code Writer(s) Premiere date Level Year (CY) Location
Saviors of Safeton 29 July 2026 Tier 1 (1-4) 576 CY Wild Coast
"Delve into the dangers that plague the beleaguered communities of the Wild Coast and set things right! Three adventures for levels 1-4 and an introductory adventure for levels 1-2 are included in this bundle."[7]

The first trilogy is a sequential story, starting at Midsummer 576 CY, that goes through the Wild Coast from North to South and most of the settlements mentioned.[8]. They premiered in October 2025, not long after the Legends of Greyhawk premiere at GenCon in August 2025, and continued to be run at many of the conventions and events that WCAG participate in. They also made their own virtual convention, Dice Online Games, where these adventures premiered.

The story revolves around a former adventurer, a warrior, that have taken it on her to protect and help the town of Safeton. She is a liked figure and goes by the name Aeldwyn One-arm as she performs her work as a healer for the town.[9] In other parts of Wild Coast and among the brigands and pirates she goes by the name Aeldwyn Bloodhair.[10][11] The character Aeldwyn is made for this Legend of Greyhawk campaign by Mike Olson. The adventures goes through many of the Wild Coast towns, these are mostly taken from existing sources but with new characters and details.

The first adventure, The Hands of a Healer , originally hade three paths. It all starts in Safeton that has a big market at Midsummer Day [12] drawing visitors trading wares and rumours from the other settlements in the North Wild Coast, such as as Narwell, Zulern, Phlandish and Newtemple. Lord Protector Wolstan takes the opportunity to seek someone to take over after the retirement of healer Aeldwyn One-Arm. In the game the party the choose to travel to and explore one of the locations: the dwarf Otten in Narwell, a cleric in Newtemple or a sage in Phlandish. The most common choice from the convention events were the only one that got into the published version. The other choices could still be found as exclusive events at conventions.

Introduction adventure

There is also an introductory adventure, that was made as a Learn To Play adventure for new level 1 characters with time for learning the basics of roleplaying while telling a story. It was intended for beginners at live conventions but premiered at the second Digital Online Games were it got acclaimed by experienced players that took a special interest in one of the NPC that needed help, the stable boy Wess, and his adventures.[13] When the adventure published in Saviors of Safeton it was still an introductory adventure but without the Learn To Play mechanics descriptions, it is playable for both level 1 and level 2 characters.[7] The adventure have three different paths, one of them is new in the published version and features the dwarf Otten that is taken from one of the unpublished paths in Hands of a Healer.

The second trilogy started at Wondercon in March 2026 continuing at San Diego Comic-Con in July 2026.
