Nimar Chrysale Gellor is the Mayor of Dosselford from 576 CY to 592 CY and later serves as regent in the County of Urnst in 594 CY.
Description
[edit | edit source]Nimar stands a little shorter than an average man at 5'7", and weighs a healthy 143lbs.[1] He speaks with an old-fashioned, but enunciated and well-educated accent.[1]
History
[edit | edit source]Nimar is a powerful sorcerer who adventured for many years, the last few with Ronco Weathertoe before they both settled in Dosselford. He becomes mayor in 576 CY after singlehandedly defeating a group of orc raiders.[1] He lost his position when was kidnapped by the master in the crystal fortress under Crystal Springs in 592 CY. Upon his release, he acted as Regent for Countess Belissica during much of the Civil War in the County of Urnst in 594 CY.
Personality
[edit | edit source]Nimar occasionally finds himself distracted by women, but is usually flustered by people being near him, so he concentrates on his work.[1]
Abilities
[edit | edit source]Nimar can converse with all cats, not just Grinx, at will.[1]

[edit | edit source]Nimar wears highly powerful bracers of armor +6[1] and owns a bag of Holding.[2]
Relationships
[edit | edit source]Nimar has an orange cat named Grinx as his familiar, with whom he frequently speaks aloud.[1] Ronco Weathertoe (male halfling Rog5)[3][4] is likely Nimar's best friend. They are former adventuring partners of a several years before they both settled in Dosselford. Melinda Weathertoe (female halflings Exp1/Brd2)[5][6] is Ronco daughter. She travels with Nimar and her father, and after working at her father's shop for years, she later becomes a singer and performs in places like Radigast City at the capital's Ollendi Playhouse.[7]
