What's New at The Dreaming City in 2005?

11 December 2005

I added crude scans of the maps for my version of Castle Greyhawk, including the Ruins Level (with three detail maps), Dungeon Levels 1 and 2, the two sublevels for Dungeon Level 4, and Dungeon Level 17 (the bottom of the dungeons). I also uploaded cleaned-up images of the elevations of the dungeon levels, provided by Clangador (thanks!). Hopefully I'll figure out how to do this on my own, as well :D

27 November 2005

I've been working way too much, and have only now returned to tend to Imrryr and her environs :(

As part of my continuing development of my version of Castle Greyhawk, I've started to upload some rather poor scans of my original maps; I need access to a better scanner (and a color one) to do the maps justice, so for now I've only uploaded my two elevations of the 17+ dungeon levels.

13 October 2005

I linked the lower-resolution .jpg files to my S4 Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth page.

13 September

I scanned the S4 maps at work today, and posted them to my S4 Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth page. I'm definitely looking for feedback on them, in particular ways that I can improve them to show direction properly.

10 September

I finalized the maps for my S4 Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth page! These maps show the Lesser Caverns and Greater Caverns in relation to one another, as well as to the other levels, entrances, and exits hinted at in the text of the module. I also generally updated the page with furhter info based on the maps and some additional research and reading.

In addition, I worked on my Greyhawk Canon page, as well as some tweaks to Greyhawk Adventures in Dungeon Magazine, and Greyhawk Links.

6 September

I updated a bunch of meta tags on several web pages that were very out of date. Looks like I've got to do that for the whole site (sigh).

11 August

I worked on updates my Greyhawk Anagrams and Homages page, and also updated my Greyhawk Thank You page (thanking those who have assisted my research over the years).

10 August 2005

I wrapped up the Greater Caverns in my Tsojcanth-Tsojconth encounter comparison page.

9 August 2005

I got a little more than halfway through the Greater Caverns of S4 before calling it quits. I should be able to wrap up the remainder of the Tsojcanth-Tsojconth encounter comparison in my next update.

8 August 2005

I continued to update the S4 Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth page, focusing on my new encounter-comparison page that details the differences between S4 and The Lost Caverns of Tsojconth.

7 August 2005

We completed our move last weekend---please update our contact information accordingly in your email address books, phone books, etc.

I spent some time today building out the gaming reviews pages, as well as completing a major overhaul and update for the page on S4 The Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth (though it's far from being "done" it's much closer than it has been for some time; the sad thing is that I wrote the majority of these update notes over the Christmas holiday last year...).

19 July 2005

Different Worlds Publications is very pleased to announce that Valus was nominated for the 2005 ENNies Awards for Best Campaign Setting and Best Writing---please vote to support Valus!!

26 June 2005

I finished updating my Dungeon Greyhawk index (issue 125 hasn't arrived in my mailbox yet), and also added the Dungeon Geomorphs Sets One to Three compilation details to my Greyhawk Geomorphs page.

21 June 2005

I updated the Greyhawk Adventures index of Dungeon Magazines through issue 120 (March 2005), and will catch up on the remaining issues soon.

30 May 2005

Added a newly discovered Greyhawk adventure published in a 1983 fanzine to my Greyhawk Adventures page, and also added Outdoor Geomorphs to the Greyawk Geomorphs page.

I also worked on the Greyhawk Castle Sources and Greyhawk Castle pages, and created the beginnings of a Greyhawk Planes page (nothing to see on this one).

28 May 2005

Added more material to Grodog's Version of Castle Greyhawk (additions to the ever-popular Elevator and Dungeon Dressing in particular), my main Castle Greyhawk page, and the beginnings of a City of Greyhawk notes page.

22 May 2005

After a very surprising series of discoveries back at my parents' home in NJ, I have updated my Greyhawk Tournament History page with details about the 1983 Eastcon AD&D Open, in which Rob Kuntz's Maze of Xaene module was run.  I've also added new information to my Treasure of the Dragon Queen page.

30 April 2005

I completed the transcription of my Necromancer NPC class for AD&D.  I'll get around to updating it to 3rd edition eventually, and am hoping to base parts of that conversion on Scott Greene's Death Master conversion on the Necromancer Games web site.

17 April 2005

After some discussion over on Dragonsfoot, I've posted the first chunk of my Necromancer AD&D NPC class.  I'll add more to it as time permits!  Hopefully, I'll be updating a bit more frequently again, now that I've started anew.  I've also been working on Heather to see if she's interested in learning how to build web pages for Ethan's photo gallery---that'll mean that I'm not the bottleneck any longer :D

19 January 2005

Minor updates to my Greyhawk Castle and Lost Dungeons pages.
